PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
These rules and regulations have been established for the safety and enjoyment for all campers and guests at the Lakeshore Campground.
- Fees and Payments:
- A Seasonal Campsite Rate is $1,800.
- Payment Plans:
- Payment in Full at the beginning of the Season
- Payment by Credit Card is Accepted. A 5% Service Fee will be charged for Credit Card Payment
- $500 down payment in the fall will reserve your spot for the following season.
(Seasonal Renters have until January 1, to be able to retain their site number)
- No sharing of sites will be allowed.
- Electricity—Seasonal rates do not include electricity. Electricity is metered at your site and will be billed three times annually. Electric bills must be paid within 20 days. Any account not paid within 20 days will be disconnected. There will be a $5.00 fee + payment of your bill to be reconnected.
- Site Requirements:
- Camping units that are older than 10 years old, will need prior approval before set-up
- Your camper must fit your site with a 5-foot clearance to roads and 5-foot clearance to the rear of your camper.
- No permanent screened in porches, gazebos or TV stands. Portable screened in gazebos allowed, but must be taken down when you are not here.
- You may construct a “neat” doorstep, deck or porch no wider than 12 feet and no longer than the length of your unit. No deck will be taller than 12 inches.
- You are allowed an 18-inch or smaller portable dish for TV service. These must be kept within the boundaries of your campsite.
- All camping units must be properly licensed and registered
ALL BUILDING, RENOVATION, OR CONSTRUCTION MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT
- Site Up-Keep--We will mow the campground and the seasonal sites with the big mowers where we are unencumbered by obstacles (chains, ropes, hoses, etc). Anything else is considered “trim mowing” and will be the camper’s responsibility. Electric Trimmers will be available to check out from the campground office.
- Only two strings of outside camper patio lights are permitted.
- Please don’t allow clutter on your campsite in view of the other campers.
- An extra tent may be allowed on your site to accommodate your children and family.
- Noise:
- Radios, TV’s, and noise must be kept at a level that is not offensive to your neighbors.
- Quiet time is between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Vehicles:
- Please observe the 10 mph speed limit within the campground
- Campers must park their vehicles in their own campsite or assigned parking areas only.
- Vehicles must display the Resident Parking Identification tag at all time when within the Campground.
- Two vehicles per site are allowed. Others are invited to park in our guest parking lot.
- No commercial vehicles (other then pick-ups) will be allowed in the campground.
- *Your guests may pick up a guest parking tag at the office
- Washing of Camping Unit is allowed Monday through Thursday.
- Bicycles:
- No bicycle riding after dusk, for your own safety.
- Helmets are highly recommended.
- Do not ride bikes through other campsites other than your own.
- Golf Carts:
- One Golf Cart per site
- Golf Carts must be registered with the Office
- Golf Carts must be driven by a licensed driver.
- Four-Wheelers and mopeds are allowed if they maintain the speed limit and abide by all vehicle rules.
- Proof of Insurance Required—See Attached Addendum.
- Pets:
- Quiet pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash. (no longer than 6 ft long) and do not disturb the other guests.
- *A maximum of 2 dogs per campsite are allowed.
- Each person is responsible for cleaning up after his/her pet.
- *Pets are not to be unattended and must be kept inside your camper after 11:00 pm.
- Dogs must have current rabies tags displayed on their collar at all times.
- DO NOT LEAVE your pet unattended at your campsite
- Only portable travel dog kennels allowed on site
- PIT BULLS and other VICIOUS BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Children:
- Campers must be 21 years of age in order to occupy campsite, as the responsible adult.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom and showers.
- Please familiarize children with the rules and regulations of the campground.
- Children must be back at their campsites by 11 pm.
- We reserve the right to restrict children to their campsites if their behavior is unacceptable.
- Damage incurred by children will be billed to their parents.
- Children operating battery powered toys must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests:
- You are responsible for your guest’s within the park. It is the camper’s responsibility to inform your guests of the campground rules and regulations.
- No other persons, other than registered campers may occupy your campsite without permission of Campground Manager.
- You may not rent your camping trailer to anyone else.
- Please register your guests at the Campground Office
- A limited number of guest camping spots may be available on a “first-
- Garbage:
- Garbage must be placed in Dumpster located near the campground entrance.
- Please don’t be a “Litter-Bug!” Trash on the ground and in the lake is unattractive to you and other campers. We are proud to provide a beautiful and appealing facility for you—please help us keep it that way.
- Please break up boxes before placing them in dumpster.
- NO appliances or furniture will be put in the dumpster!
- Fireplaces:
- Fires allowed only in the firepits.
- Never leave fire unattended
- Adults must be present when fires are burning.
- Bon Fires NOT ALLOWED
- Firewood should be stacked neatly at each campsite.
- Trees:
- Do not remove trees
- Do not drive nails, axes, or knives into trees, tables, etc.
- Cutting, chopping, mutilating, debarking trees, dead or alive is PROHIBITED!
- Do not take wood from other sites, occupied or unoccupied.
- Restrooms:
- Please help us keep our bathrooms sparkling clean.
- Do not throw paper towels or toilet paper on the floors.
- DO NOT wash dishes, clothes, pets, etc. in the bathroom sinks.
- No smoking in the bathroom facilities. Anyone dumping sewage in the restrooms will be evicted immediately!
- Restrictions:
- No Firearms, fireworks, speeding, littering, permanent clotheslines, illegal drugs, loud parties, loud TVs and radios, reckless behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, profanity, obscenity, rock throwing, soliciting, explosives, archery, sling shots.outside refrigerators, knives, No use of power tools, power saws, unless approved by management.
- Winter:
- If you renew your site for the following year, with a $500 down payment, (non-refundable) you may leave your camper on site through the winter, free of charge.
- If you do not renew your site, your trailer must be removed by October 15.
- Winter visits are permitted to check on your camper. Snow is not removed from the campground roads, so owners will need to walk to their camper. Calling the Campground Office to notify of your arrival is required!
- Camping Units are left on site At Your Own Risk!
