PARK RULES and REGULATIONS

These rules and regulations have been established for the safety and enjoyment for all campers and guests at the Lakeshore Campground.

*Fees and Payments

            *Site fees, electrical charges and payment requirements are covered in the Lessor and Lessee Lease Agreement.

*Site Requirements:

            *No sharing of sites will be allowed.

*Camping units that are older than 10 years old may be accepted but will need prior approval before set-up.

            *Your camper must fit your site with a 5-foot clearance to roads and 5-foot clearance to the rear of your camper.

*No permanent screened in porches, gazebos or TV stands.  Portable screened in gazebos allowed, but must be taken down when you are not here.

*You may construct a “neat” doorstep, deck or porch no wider than 12 feet and no longer than the length of your unit.

*You are allowed an 18-inch or smaller portable dish for TV service. These must be kept within the boundaries of your campsite.

            *All camping units must be properly licensed and registered.

            *ALL BUILDING, RENOVATIONS, OR CONSTRUCTION MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.

*Site Up-Keep--We will mow the campground and the seasonal sites with the big mowers where we are unencumbered by obstacles (chains, ropes, hoses, etc).  Anything else is considered “trim mowing” and will be the camper’s responsibility.  Weed Trimmers and Push Mowers will be available at the campground garage.

            *Only two strings of outside camper patio lights are permitted.

            *Clutter is not allowed on your campsite in view of the other campers.

            *Temporary tent set-up is allowed on your site to accommodate occasional visitors. Tent must be taken down after each use.

            *Be courteous to fellow campers by walking on the roads and not through other camper’s sites.

Noise:

            *Radios, TV’s, and noise must be kept at a level that is not offensive to your neighbors.

            *Quiet time is between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

*Vehicles:

            *For safety reasons, please observe the 10 mph speed limit within the campground.

            *Campers must park their vehicles in their own campsite or assigned parking areas only.

            *Two vehicles per site are allowed.  Others are invited to park in the guest parking lot.

            *Boats and other watercraft and trailers must be parked in the designated parking area.

            *There is no vehicle parking allowed at the pool.  Golf carts are allowed.


            *No commercial vehicles (other then pick-ups) will be allowed in the campground.

            *Washing of Camping Unit is allowed Monday through Thursday.

*Bicycles:

            *No bicycle riding after dusk, for your own safety.

            *Helmets are highly recommended.

            *Do not ride bikes through campsites other than your own.

 

*Golf Carts:  {These Rules will be Strictly Enforced}

            *One Golf Cart per site.

            *Golf Carts must be registered with the Resort Manager.

*A licensed driver MUST accompany any unlicensed driver at all times a golf cart is in operation.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Four-Wheelers and mopeds are allowed if they maintain the speed limit and abide by all vehicle and golf cart rules.

            *Carts must stay on Approved RoadsFollow the Speed LimitsBe Courteous to Fellow Campers.

*Pets:

*Quiet pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash. (no longer than 6 ft long) and do not disturb the other guests.

            *A maximum of 2 dogs per campsite are allowed.

*Each person is required to clean up after his/her pet.  Feces must be removed for park cleanliness and health concerns.

            *Pets are not to be unattended and must be kept inside your camper after 11:00 pm.

            *Dogs must have current rabies tags displayed on their collar at all times.

            *DO NOT LEAVE your pet unattended at your campsite.

            *Only portable travel dog kennels allowed on site.

            *A nuisance dog, continually barking, will be asked to leave.

            *PIT BULLS and other VICIOUS BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

*Children:

            *Campsites must have one person at least 21 years of age in order to occupy a campsite, as the responsible adult.

            *Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

            *Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom and showers.

            *Please familiarize children with the rules and regulations of the campground.

            *Children must be back at their campsites by 11 pm.

            *Management reserves the right to restrict children to their campsites if their behavior is unacceptable.

            *Damage incurred by children will be the responsibility of the campsite Lessee and billed accordingly.

            *Children operating battery powered toys must be accompanied by an adult.


*Guests:

*You are responsible for your guests within the park.  It is the Lessee’s responsibility to inform guests of the campground rules and regulations.

*No other persons, other than registered Lessees may occupy your campsite without permission of Resort Manager.

            *You may not rent your unit to anyone else.

            *Please register your guests with the Resort Manager.

*Garbage:

            *Garbage must be placed in the Dumpster located near the campground entrance.

*Please don’t be a “Litter-Bug!” Trash on the ground and in the lake is unattractive to you and other campers.  We are proud to provide a beautiful and appealing facility for you—please help us keep it that way.

            *Please break up boxes before placing them in dumpster.

            *NO appliances or furniture are allowed in or around the dumpster!

*Firewood and Fires:

            *Fires allowed only in the firepits.

            *Never leave a fire unattended.

            *Adults must be present when fires are burning.

            *Bon Fires are NOT ALLOWED.

            *Firewood should be stacked neatly at each campsite.

            *Do not take wood from other sites, occupied or unoccupied.

*Trees:

            *Do not remove trees.  If maintenance is required, please contact the Resort Manager.

            *Cutting, chopping, mutilating, debarking trees, dead or alive is PROHIBITED!

*Do not drive nails, axes, or knives into trees, tables, etc.

*Campground Property:
          *No tampering with, changing or removing campground property.  Discuss any concerns you may have with Resort Management.


*Restrooms:

            *Please help us keep our bathrooms sparkling clean.

            *Do not throw paper towels or toilet paper on the floors.

            *DO NOT wash dishes, clothes, pets, etc. in the bathroom sinks.

            *No smoking in the bathroom facilities.

**Anyone dumping sewage in the restrooms will be evicted immediately!

*Pool:

            *Children under the age of 14 must have an adult present when in the swimming pool area.

            *No running or diving allowed in pool area.

            *No food allowed in the swimming pool at any time.

*People caught contaminating (in any manner) the pool water will be billed for damages and at the discretion of management may be evicted.

*Restrictions:

*No Firearms, fireworks, speeding, littering, permanent clotheslines, illegal drugs, loud parties, loud TVs and radios, reckless behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, profanity, obscenity, rock throwing, soliciting, explosives, archery, sling shots, outside refrigerators, knives or the use of power tools and power saws unless approved by management.

*Off-Season Access:

*Lessees who pay a deposit in advance to leave their campers on-site during off-season are permitted to check on their camper.  Snow is not removed from the campground roads, so owners will need to walk to their camper.  Calling the Resort Manager to notify of your arrival is required!

 

Camping Units left on site at any time is at the Owners Risk
